Siddharth Shukla of Babul Ka Aangann fame will be back in action with Star One and Cinevistaas new show, ‘Kya Yahi Pyaar Hai’. The show is similar to the Hollywood Maid in Manhattan wherein the girl who belong to a simple family falls in love with a hotelier and pretends to be a model to win over him.
According to our source, “Vivan Bhatena too was approached to play the male lead, but things did not work out with him and eventually Siddharth has been signed for the role. The shoot of the show will start in the last week of August. The female lead has not been finalized yet”.
We tried calling Palki Malhotra, Fiction Head, Cinevistaas for information on the same, but she said, “You have to talk to the channel regarding this”.
We tried talking to Siddharth but he remained unavailable for comments.
